Cultural diversity, voice, and power have always been at the heart of the EXPECT_Art project. From the very beginning, we set out to create spaces where critical dialogue is nurtured because dialogue is how knowledge grows, how understanding deepens, and how communities are strengthened. After much reflection, we have made the decision to leave Facebook and Instagram. This has been “cooking” for a long time, and today we take a deliberate step forward. We do not want to use online platforms that attack individuals or organisations, nor do we want to continue validating systems that often amplify conflict rather than care.

Instead, we remain committed to building respectful, inclusive, and creative spaces where voices matter. We are grateful for the many meaningful connections we’ve made here, and for every one of you who followed, supported, and engaged with us on these channels.
